Terms and conditions
a) Pro Gym Spain S.L. reserves the right to decide, at any time, which Products are offered to Users through the Shop. In particular, Pro Gym Spain S.L. may at any time add new Products to those already offered or included in the Shop, with it being understood that unless otherwise noted, said new Products shall be governed by the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions. Likewise, Pro Gym Spain s.l. reserves the right to stop providing or facilitating access to and use of any of the different types of Products offered in the Shop at any time and without prior notice.
b) The Products included in the Shop shall correspond as closely as possible to the Products actually offered. The characteristics of the Products and their prices are shown in the Shop. The prices indicated in the Shop are in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
c) Pro Gym Spain S.L. reserves the right to make any refund when the price of the user's purchase is due to a typographical error, as well as the right to refuse delivery of the product and refund the amount paid if the price is clearly erroneous or there has been a typographical error. Pro Gym Spain S.L. reserves the right to change the quantities available for purchase at any time, even after an order has been placed.
When we process your order at Pro Gym Spain S.L., we will let you know as soon as possible by email or by posting a message on the website messaging service if any of the products included in your order are not available.
a) Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, Pro Gym Spain S.L. will send an email to the User confirming the purchase. This email will assign a reference code for the purchase and detail the Product characteristics, price, shipping costs and details of the different options for paying Pro Gym Spain S.L for the Products
b) Users who purchase a product through the Shop must make the payment using the payment systems specifically detailed in the Shop
c) The bank card used for payment must be issued by a Spanish bank or savings bank.
d) Pro Gym Spain S.L. will store the electronic documents formalising the contract, sending a copy to the User once the purchase has been made. The contract will be in Spanish.
e) The order confirmation sent by Pro Gym Spain S.L. is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase.
a) The user has a right of withdrawal, which they may exercise by contacting Pro Gym Spain S.L. by email at the following address: [email protected]They may withdraw from the purchase within a period not exceeding 14 working days, counted from receipt of the Product. The Product must be sent together with the return form duly completed and a copy of the delivery note or invoice, duly completed, with the direct cost of returning the Product being borne by the user. Said return shall be made in accordance with the instructions Pro Gym Spain S.L. gives the User in response to their notification of their exercise of the right of withdrawal. The User must return the Product within a maximum period of fifteen days after Pro Gym Spain S.L. has indicated the method of return
b) Withdrawal entails a refund of the amount paid. To do so, the customer must indicate on the return form the number and holder of the credit card/bank account to which Pro Gym Spain S.L. must make the payment. The deadline for this payment will be the one established by Law.
c) The right of withdrawal may be exercised when the Product is not returned in its original packaging but this will result in a depreciation of price, which will be subtracted from the amount to be refunded

a) The territorial scope of purchases made through the Shop is exclusively for Spanish territory, excluding Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, meaning the delivery service is only available for this territory. Products purchased through the Shop will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the User once payment has been verified, with the maximum delivery period being thirty (30) days, as established by default in the Law. However, the usual delivery time for Binom Fitness is 2-5 working days from the date of the order.
b) The Binom Fitness delivery service is carried out in collaboration with different logistic operators of recognised prestige. Orders will not be delivered to PO Boxes, hotels or other non-permanent addresses.
c) Delivery costs are not included in the Product price. Users will be informed of the exact delivery costs for the Products at the time of purchase.
d) If your order is Delivery only (without installation), it will be considered a "street level (entrance of house or flat block)” delivery. You will then be responsible for moving and installing the equipment in your place of choice.
e) If your order is with Delivery and Installation, it will be considered a "street level (entrance of house or flat block)” delivery and the technician will then come to your home for the installation. The day after purchasing the item(s), you will be contacted by the technician in your area. They will collect your contact details and wait for reception of the product.
a) The User acknowledges that all elements of the Shop and each of the Products, the information and materials contained therein, the brands, the structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of its contents, and the computer programs used in relation to them, are protected by the intellectual and industrial property rights of Pro Gym Spain S.L. itself or of third parties, and that the General Terms and Conditions do not grant the User any rights other than those specifically set out therein with respect to such intellectual and industrial property rights.
b) Unless authorised by Pro Gym Spain S.L., or, where applicable, by the third party holders of the corresponding rights, or unless legally permitted, the User may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lend, make available, or allow public access through any form of public communication of any of the elements referred to in the previous paragraph. The User shall use the materials, elements and information accessed through use of the Shop solely for their own needs, and undertakes not to make any direct or indirect commercial exploitation of the materials, elements or information obtained through the same.
c) Users shall refrain from evading or manipulating any technical devices established by Pro Gym Spain S.L. or third parties in the Shop.
a) In compliance with Spanish Law 15/99 (LOPD), we inform you that your personal data and other information provided through the registration form, as well as information gathered from transactions made, will be included and kept in a file for processing, owned by Pro Gym Spain S.L., until you request its deletion. Said processing will be for the development and execution of the sale, the personalised attention required for the products and services that you acquire, and for the improvement of this attention, as well as for the promotion of our own products and services and those of third-party companies linked to Pro Gym Spain S.L. You are also informed that your data will be made available to the necessary companies for the purposes indicated. Avenida Corts Catalanes 9-11, Barcelona, España will process this data with the utmost confidentiality, being the sole and exclusive recipient of the same, and commits not to make transfers or communications to third parties other than those required by the regulations in force. The user expressly authorises Pro Gym Spain S.L. to send commercial communications and promotional offers and competitions, including by electronic means.L.
b) Users may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition or deletion by contacting Pro Gym Spain S.L. by email at [email protected], attaching a copy of valid ID.
c) Answers marked with * in the registration form are compulsory. Failure to answer them will prevent the selected products from being purchased.
Pro Gym Spain S.L. will facilitate the use of personal passwords to Users who register as such on the website. These passwords can be used to access the services provided through the Website. Users must keep passwords under the strictest and most absolute confidentiality, assuming, therefore, any damages or consequences of any kind arising from the breach or disclosure of the secret
For security reasons, the password for online access to services linked to the Website may be modified at any time by the User.
The User undertakes to notify Binom Fitness immediately of any unauthorised use of their password, as well as access by unauthorised third parties.
The information, products and services published on this website may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors.
Pro Gym Spain S.L assumes no responsibility for errors or inaccuracies of any kind and does not guarantee the accuracy of the information and description of the products, accessories, gifts and services displayed on this website (including, but not limited to, prices, photographs, general product descriptions, etc.); much of this information is provided by the respective suppliers.
All products on our website and in our catalogues are covered by a manufacturer's guarantee. If you plan to use any of the products in an environment other than a domestic setting, please ask us to check if the product you are interested in or are purchasing has a guarantee for said environment.
For example, a product with a domestic guarantee will not be covered by a guarantee if used in a Commercial or Semi-Commercial environment. If you are unsure of which classification of use you require, please contact us on 930 186 466. We’ll be happy to check if the products are suitable for your needs.
No product will be covered under a guarantee if the damage is caused by improper or unreasonable use, nor if the customer alters the product in any way or fails to provide reasonable and necessary care.
Guarantees also vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. If you require any clarification of the guarantee terms for particular products, we'll be happy to provide you with the necessary information.
a) Binom Fitness uses cookies in order to improve its services, facilitate navigation, maintain security, verify the User's identity, facilitate access to personal preferences and track the User's use of the Shop. Cookies are files installed on the hard drive of a computer or in the memory of a browser in a folder pre-configured by the User’s operating system and are used to identify them.
b) If a User does not want a cookie to be installed on their hard drive, they should configure their Internet browser to block them. Likewise, Users may freely delete cookies. If a User decides to deactivate cookies, the quality and speed of the service may be reduced, and the User may even lose access to some of the services offered in the Shop.
